First show ever
In Boston with my sister, where she sold $1,600 worth of product and I sold $100. Broke my tender little heart!
What are the best things about art fairs
I love to be around people that believe the way I do! I am usually not a people person but when I get to an art fair I just love to meet new people!
Best show ever and why
My son and I went to this show with a table for a 10X10 booth. I didn't know you could use the whole space...go figure. Anyway the booth next to me was all professional, with shelves, displays, lighting, etc. I set up my little table with my "things" and proceeded to sell over $1,000 worth of product. You couldn't scrape me off the ceiling I was so "high" with happiness!
Worst show ever and why
I entered a show that cost $350. I had a little bit of doubt when I saw spas, garage doors, decks, etc being setup.I found out it was a show for home design. There was one other "crafter" there, the rest, home remodeling companies. During the show it started to rain and quess where the leak was? Yeah, right over MY booth! I cried and sold 1 item in three days.
