What are the best things about art fairs
meeting other artists and interesting customers, and traveling to cities I wouldn't ordinarily go to
Best show ever and why
Madison IN Chautauqua. It was a well-organized show that drew customers from three large metropolitan areas
Worst show ever and why
Belleville Strawberry Festival. They had us on the tennis courts behind the high school and no one in the town seemed to know that the show had NOT been cancelled. We realized then that a food word in conjunction with a "festival" is not the best venue to sell artwork.

I tried to find you last night on facebook, but couldn't find anything listed by your name, thought I'd try Pete's name next, but would have to look it up! I was so glad I stayed at FAF, I was so ready to pack up and leave, we may even ask for that spot again, or maybe the one next to it, as you could leave your car right behind you. I lady told me about a show in Bay City, usually the second weekend in June, like 14-15, maybe that's the 3rd weekend. How was your show?
