Best show ever and why

Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair 2001 - best sales ever at an art show, lots of money flowing in the streets of Ann Arbor. We went home and paid all our bills!

Worst show ever and why

As beginners, grasping at anything, got talked into an "art show" at Boysville, a fundraiser at a rural boy's reformatory. The first day we pocketed $5 in sales. Instead of spending the night we cancelled our hotel reservation and went home.

Thanks Connie, I have been checking most aspects of your site. Tons info for a Newbie, Although I have to laugh, I spent 35 years as a professional photographer shooting youth sports events and team and individual packages. My old customers and clubs are begging me to come back. I relocated to Kansas City and hope to roll out at Art Fairs in the spring of 24. Would love to see what you think of work? Hi Connie! Thanks for your message about AFI. There's so much I need to learn as this will be my first art fair in a Tent! I'm cautiously excited, and a little nervous about getting the mesh walls to hang art - and actually - everything!!!

Thank you, Connie. I found artfairinsiders as I was researching my first outdoor artfair in June. I like to be thoroughly prepared so I can have the best first fair experience as possible. This event usually brings in about 30,000 people. I'm feeling excited and cautiously optimistic! :)
