First show ever
I started with having some of my pieces exhibited in a friends booth to help fill space since she makes jewelry. This was a Crafts Festival with no jury. I got such a great response that I bought a tent and exhibited in my own booth for the Cooper-Young Festival in 2012. Sine I have done a few craft festivals. I now have been invited to my first Art show and know that this is a great honor and step-up from the craft fair arena. I am excited and scared. There is so much to think about.
What are the best things about art fairs
I love getting to meet so many people and get immediate responses about my work. There is such a great community surrounding art once one knows where to look.

I was looking up information about Art Fairs and found the forums. There was so much inspiration I just had to join.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I have a Bachelor's of Science and not art, but I love art and get to stay at home with my 3 children.

Just put your topic, canopy tents, jurying fees, Ann Arbor Art Fair, etc, into the search bar at the top of the right side of the page. You might be surprised that someone has already asked your question.
