The best thing about art fairs is talking with people and spending time with my wife.
Best show ever and why
My best show to date was Peter Anderson's in Ocean Springs, MS. We were swamped with visitors the entire weekend and everyone was enthusiastic about our art. It was our best sales weekend to date.
Worst show ever and why
The worst show we have done was Piedmont Art in the Park in 2024. The weather was awful. The weekend was a mixture of oppressive heat and heavy rain. We had to teardown our booth and load all of the art in the pouring rain.

I was searching Google for information on a specific booth setup. This site came up and I remembered another festival artist telling me about this site.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
One fun fact? I don't know that I can list only one. Let's see, I quit social media in 2017, I like to make things, I have a knack for knowing useless information and I can have a reasonable conversation with anyone.
