First show ever
Back in the 1970’s!!! Well before they were so organized and professionally run
What are the best things about art fairs
The good ones attract serious buyers who really appreciate meeting the creators of what they are considering bringing into their lives. Art purchases can be wonderful exchanges between creatives and collectors.
Best show ever and why
Most recently: Bruce Museum show, Greenwich, CT. The venue is beautiful, many patrons are members who want to support the museum, the show organizers are exceptional people who put on a well run event…and they even feed you during set up and at an awards ceremony Saturday night!
Worst show ever and why
Shopping mall shows…stay away!
