First show ever
If we want to get really technical, I did artwalks stating about ten years ago, but they were not juried. I've been to bridal shows locally at the American Bank Center showing my paintings and photography, but I am wanting to take the leap into doing juried art fairs.
What are the best things about art fairs
Getting to meet so many different people and to expose them to my artwork - and see/hear their reactions to it.
Best show ever and why
I loved one of the last shows I did at the Reserve at Dancing Elk Ranch because I met several people who were in love with my work and they are the exact people whom I want to serve. I feel like I am friends with them already.
Worst show ever and why
I did a show once during the summer where not many people seemed interested in what I had to do and that was really upsetting. That was one of the bridal fairs I did at the American Bank Center.
