Best show ever and why
My best show was at Echter's Gardens Girls Night Out. It was a benefit for teen mom housing. Sold many pieces and made a bunch of friends in just 3 hours. Loved it! And loved helping teen moms.
Worst show ever and why
Jackalope Arts and Crafts Fair, Denver. It was WAY too big, had WAY too many jewelers, and left buyers dazed by the enormity of booths and artisans. No one was purchasing, just looking. Barely made my booth rental, and others didn't make their rental at all!

I had open heart surgery in 1957, when it was still experimental. The heart-lung machine filled up an entire wall.
