What are the best things about art fairs

Beautiful work, extremely motivating and anxiety producing that mine isn't good enough yet.

Best show ever and why

Highschool or town events were the best... Lots of enthusiasm, crowds of fair goers are easy and non-critical audiences, had a highly critical childhood in the arts with high industry performers as parents and their peers, and finally loosened up to my style instead of high performance demands as well as expectations. Entertainment art is just fun, town and school events are low cost in vendor booth fee, crowds are entertaining themselves, friends stick to you for years and lots of practice turning my designs into brush techniques.

Worst show ever and why

Same as first show ever, no one was there. All vendor fee, no action or break even. Hoping it was the rain and foggy condition instead of the usual for this style industry. Started facepainting to practice my painting style in color instead of all black and white mediums that I practiced since childhood, but was categorized into clown role and trying to get back to art growth instead of entertainment only.

What is one fun fact about yourself?

Perhaps my facepainting art, I had a friend as a teen wanting to apply for clown school and "dropped" into this role as I raised my son and volunteered. I ended up with a large array of designs, stories, a few customers I had to teach that they had to return to their families. Had so much fun with this, I've developed my digital art studio with commercial art goals into a potential animation art studio. Still needs some work or feedback.
