    I always archive mine whether I was accepted or not, that way I can go back and use the archived apps as reference points. I think everyone gets an e mail saying whether or not they were accepted, so I would just keep that if you feel you need proof.

    Makes no difference. What is the purpose wanting proof of acceptance?

    Archiving makes your "my ZAPPlication" page less crowded. Either way the information is available by looking at your archived shows page.

    In the past you had to archive shows to disconnect the images you used for those applications so you could change or delete them. I'm not sure if that's still the case.

    Thanks for asking that, I wondered the same thing, I archived mine but wasn't sure I should have, I will be interested to see what everyone else has to say about that.
