Wine and Harvest Festival

Hi everyone my name is Sam Shields I am a wood artist from Racine,WI. I wanted to ask if anyone on here has ever done the Wine and Harvest Festival in Cedarburg, WI. What are your thoughts are on it. Also is this a show wirth doing? Let me know what you guys think!

    Thank you for your input! Im local here in Wisconsin too about an hr 20 min away in Racine. Im just starting my career as a woodworker. The drinking factor does concern me bit as I have delt with such people at a show before but I think Ill give it a try! Thank you!

      Well organized event also, good luck! You might also consider next June the Frye Ball (sp) in Ephraim. Just a one day event, I was very pleased with my sales, he is considering taking it to a two day event for 2016. Forms are posted on their village website possibly in February or March. There was a husband wife team with wood cutting boards, another guy with some wood tables that I personally wasn't crazy about. A mix of artists but good foot traffic and they were spending this year!

    Both the strawberry festival and fall wine festival draw huge crowds. I participated at both one year when I sold a line of sterling jewelry. Only artists are on the Main Street with resell type products in a separate area, which I had no issues with. Personally I didn't clear much after driving from Green Bay and one night of hotel, also had to pay to park. Hopefully another artist can chime in. Be aware at the wine festival they are drinking while they maneuver the show.
