My first time making pouches for transporting paintings with the refective bubble insulation stuff. Should I use Refectix brand tape or Gorilla Tough and Wide? Opinions???

I used the gorilla brand - wide as i could get. Be careful when you're making the pouch that the sticky side of the tape doesn't get exposed on the inside of your pouch when you go to close the two sides. I ended up putting an extra strip of tape on the insides to keep the tape residue off my frames.
Two helpful hints: I used velcro to secure the flap. Very quick when it's time to pack up. And i used a clear piece of acetate (like an acetate document holder that's been trimmed down) to create a separate small window pouch on the front of each pouch where I would store my price tag (and also know what was inside without having to open the pouch).

Good luck!
Thanks for the info. You are right, I must plan on the velcro! That is very sophisticated with the price tags! Maybe I'll get there someday.
