A beautiful week in the Midwest followed by what looks like rain this coming weekend -- hope it doesn't rain on the art fairs. I just looked at callsforartist.com and see it is a very busy weekend with lots of smaller events and a few larger.
On my radar:
Art-A-Licious, Adrian (MI) -- I attended this show last year. Sweet!! Cool downtown, lots of community involvement, good art and an amazingly low booth fee. Yes, it did end with a storm but can't blame that on anyone. Right? Here's info for this year:

Park Forest Art Fair, Park Forest (IL)

Riverwalk, Naperville (IL)
Birmingham Street Fair, Birmingham (MI)
What else? Me, I'm setting up the tent for the local Democrats for our little Applefest in the downtown here in Coldwater. Supposed to rain.
(Anyone who lives near and has lower priced work this is a really easy show to do, only one day 9-4. Think about it for next year. Info here.)

I'm actually doing something despite what I said upthread. I never sit still. I'm continuing with garage renovation, making a studio for my wife. SO this weekend I'm running electrical. Got kilowatts? WOOHOO!
and I hope insulating too! Thinking about working in a studio in Wyoming in January ...
I'm making some inventory for upcoming shows that start next weekend
Great to hear from you, Greg. When is your next show?
Connie, it is this weekend in The Tennessee Crafts Fair
Way cool, Greg. I'm gonna miss seeing you in Pensacola. Hope you have a great time. WOOHOO!
Hey Barrie... I'm not gonna be at Pensacola this year...didn't get accepted, not even waitlisted... plenty going on however. I have 11 shows lined up between next weekend and Christmas.
Jekyll Island Shrimp and Grits Festival. 1st time here. Steady rain for now but the next 2 days its supposed to clear up. Keeping my fingers crossed.
