Busy weekend and maybe the last hurrah for the outdoor shows, especially in the northern parts of the country. Where will you be? All you guys heading to Louisville need to meet one another. Wish I was joining you there. Have a great time.

I just participated in Chapel Hill's Festifall, too. I went in without expectations and walked away very pleasantly surprised.
Recently, I was told that the sign of a successful show is making 100x your booth fee. We did that +, however, our neighbors were not so fortunate. Mother Nature was a prankster with gusts of wind and lower temperatures but the patrons were out walking.
A friend registered for Blowing Rock and I heard Mother Nature wasn't so kind -she [the artist] didn't even set up!
Art Festivals are just gearing back up down here. Lots going on in NC this weekend!
The aforementioned Festifall in Chapel Hill
Art on Main in Hendersonville
Blowing Rock Art in the Park
I'm doing a local Chamber show, Artfest of Matthews; suburb of Charlotte. 5 minutes from home. During a raffle at the Artist's Reception last night I won a cash prize that almost made my booth fee plus 200 free business cards so it's shaping up to be a good weekend already!

The Art Farm will be at the Hyde Park Art Fair in Cincinnati. Never been there, thought we'd give it a try.
