What are you Doing This Weekend - June 3-5?

If you aren't doing an art fair this weekend you must be dead! (or saving your work for the fabulous June shows, I mean even more fabulous June events later in the month). Will you be in Kalamazoo, Cincinnati, Columbus, Chicago, etc.? Tell us about it below.

    I'll be a River arts fest in Indian Head, MD.  Booth 61.  This will be my forst time at this event.

    Naperville Women's Club Show, Naperville IL.  My only way of getting into Naperville because Riverwalk will NEVER let me in!

    My goal? To make it through my first weekend this year without hail, tornado warnings, flood or high winds!

      Oh, I'll visit the show, Always curios about Naperville shows. One question, What's the deal with Riverwalk show? All the artist that I know never get in (including me, he he) But I have an artist friend that her work is amazing, she's in galleries and always doing big shows, she told me the same, she has never get in that show and so the artists she knows...mmm

    Running into the final stretch finishing up preparing for Art on the Lawn on June 12. Still lots to do and trying to get stuff done for my own exhibit. Unfortunately, I'm without a car until the end of June, hoping I'll have enough $$$$ to claim it after the repairs are done. One part = $1900. Yikes!

    ArtFest in Spokane WA, set up in the rain today but the forecast for Saturday and Sunday is perfect, sunny and in the 70's!!

      Connie, what do I sound like on AFI, as if different than in person?  Just askin'!  Do I read as fast as I talk?  Am I just another pretty face (fur and all)?  I hope Geri Wegner comes by at the Deerfield show; there are so few "civilians" who contribute to this - or other - artists' blogs/sites, etc.  She won't see the same stuff I downloaded that I had at Belleville, just my regular "warm fuzzy fotos." 

      I hope they do a photo ID at checkin - that means a lot to me in regard to a quality show - keeps away those dreaded reps and B/S!
