    One artist I work with claims to be making his living (admittedly, probably not much!) doing the Washington Square Art Show. He's a representational oil painter, mostly landscapes (some still lifes), very good, works small, good prices, sells everything unframed. He says the Memorial Day weekend show was not good, but sold 43 pieces at the "fall show", by which I think he meant the Columbus Day weekend one. Do they do both Columbus and Labor day? Or am I getting that confused?

    The show has a history of being very difficult to do. Unless things have changed, you can't set up before something like 11:00AM and you must break down completely at night.
