Vitabri V3 10x20 highly customized tent:

- Extended height legs upgrade 

- Vinyl roof upgrade

- I had custom skylights added to roof

- I added Trim Line zippers to all sides of the roof, allowing use of trim Line awnings (included)

- highly customized brackets to attach Trim Line awning poles to legs

- customized weights that anchor to the legs.

- does not include side walls 

This is a great, super strong and durable tent. The only reason I am selling is it is very heavy and has become difficult for me to set up by myself. I am switching to two 10x10s. If you have two people to set up (or you are on your own and are younger and stronger than me!) then this is a great deal. I've been using this tent about six years, so it is well used but still in decent shape. I am still very happy with it, but it has just gotten to be more than I can handle.

The tent new is over $3,000 and the awnings and customizations are at least another $3,000. 

I am asking $2,000 for the whole package. 

I am set up this weekend at Cottonwood near Dallas if anyone in Texas wants to look at it. I will also be in Montclair, NJ in two weekends if anyone in that area wants to see it. Montclair is actually the last place I'll be using it, so someone could pick it up from there Sunday night. (Since it is definitely not shippable!)

Otherwise I'm located in Tulsa, OK and would be willing to drive a couple of hours to meet someone if needed.
