Virtual art fair “booth”

Due to wanting to take my jewelry in a different direction, I didn’t apply to any shows this year. With that being said, a show that I have done in the past reached out with their virtual art fair option. This is one of my best shows so I said yes. It has a zoom, meet the artist feature, which sounds great and I’m looking forward to it. I think this has a ton of potential and probably is somewhat the future of art shows. But, I work out my spare bedroom. I would love some thoughts on setting up a backdrop or anything that you have done to set the stage. I thought about setting up some of my display tables to display some pieces. Any thoughts throw them my way. I would love to hear or see what you have done! Pictures attached give an idea of what I have to work with.

  • Mary, if you haven’t already visited the website of the Philadelphia Museum of Arts fine craft show, the short videos created by each of their artists may be a source of inspiration. While it isn’t a Zoom meeting setup, at least you get a chance to see how some great artists are approaching virtual shows
