Hey all! I'm thinking about taking the plunge and buying me some of them pro panels.
I have heard you can hang work on them with velcro. I want to put 4 decent size pieces of velcro on back of my stretched canvas prints and simply stick them on my propanels. Seems the easiest, simplest way to hang stuff. Anyone do this? My largest pieces are 30 x 45 and, I guess weigh about 7 or 8 lbs.

Velcro will work, but it will bag out the carpet eventually. 30x45 is fairly large for velcro, even the industrial stuff. The Harmon hooks will pull out of the velcro tabs when you least expect it. They are good for smaller work, but 30x45 is pushing their limit.
I like the ProPanels hangers. Versatile, and less expensive than Walker or other similar gallery cable setups. You do need two per column so that they don't get off balance. I find I can't hang more than 4 long before they get too long. So if you have an 8 or 9' panel, you won't reach the bottom with the ProPanels hangers.
Drapery hooks are the cheapest, and will also pull the carpet, and tear the inside stuffing of the ProPanels eventually. They also get dull and are hard on your hands. But they always work.
Jim you make a good point about the drapery hooks. They will wear out your fingers and hands soon enough. I happily discovered Prohangers. http://www.prohanger.net They are pleasant and delivery is fast.
Thanks all! The prohangers look great, if i get the panels I'll try them. That way i wont have to velcro every piece of work. I don't think that even my 30 x 45's will pull the fabric since they are not framed and only weigh about 7 or 8 pounds.
What I didn't like is some of my pieces are pretty heavy and although the large hooks claim they will hold 40lbs I noticed that it pulls down the fabric on the panel.
I ordered the hangers that go over the top for all of my large pieces (what Larry is talking about) and plan to use them for heavier stuff instead. After spending $3K on my display I want it to last a while, so I can easily get over the look of the hanger over the top of the panel. If it's about money, think of it as a one time investment.
I'd use hangers that go over the top of the panels. You might get away with doing it with Velcro, which will be much less expensive to try. With hangers, you will need two per piece so you don't spend all day straightening them.
