I am trying to update my profile photo and regardless of what I do I get an error message. using a jpeg photo and it is well under the required file size. I have tried several different photos and all give me an error message. it even gives me an error message when I attempt to upload the same photo that is currently there.
I know it is probably a simple solution but my thoughts always seem to look for a more complex solution...ant ideas?

Try deleting the original profile shot and then load the new one. Just guessing that an existing profile shot may disallow any overrides.

there doesn't seem to be a way to delete the existing profile shot. The only options are to edit the existing photo or upload a new one...and the new upload always gets error messages.
