I can't tell any more than what is seen on the website...but what makes you believe it is a possible scam? Are they asking you for money?
It appears to be a listing of all different sorts of festivals.

gmail spam warnings are not always very accurate. I have previously received gmail spam warnings about Artfairinsiders, numerous banks, and other legitimate websites. Guess you gotta take the good with the bad for spam protection these days
