Already this summer-

I did a one-day show in Liberty in June.  It was decent but way too hot.  kept the crowds down.  I broke even on my booth fee and since it was 10 miles from home my general show expenses were negligible.

I did three months of a free second Saturday show in North Kansas City they have 5 months of.  decent show but it's still way too small.  it's never grown past 25 artists and it's placed too far off the city's main street.  I think I'll do at least two months next year but I hope they change it somehow both in location and structure.  if they do this I'll probably sign up for more dates. I made about the same amount I did at Liberty.  Like I said, slow.

Coming up this fall-

I applied for three juryed shows this year and got into one and am wait listed on another.  I signed up for a good three day fall festival in Liberty show as well.

The fall festival is long-running event and draws a lot of people out.  they have an hour-long parade, carnival and food. as well as booths  I decided to be in a craft tent for less weather worries.

I got into the Zona Rosa Art show.  they claim roughly 80,000 in attendance which is nice.  it's in an already busy shopping center with *lots* of parking which helps quite a bit.

My eventual goal is to get into the Plaza Art show with it's 250,000+ attendance.  sales happen at this show.  I saw the sales sheet 2 years back of one photographic artist and two hours in it was respectful.  my interim goal is to get into the busy Brookside Art Show.  this one is so busy they really need to widen the aisles.
