10X10. Great condition. Have had the tent for several years but am now getting out of the outdoor market. This tent has withstood high winds, pouring rain, scorching heat. It has come through it all with flying colors. Comes with 4 zip on side walls. Canopy has vents on two sides. Will throw in filled sandbags for free.

Would this include the mesh walls aswell?
Thanks for the response. I don't have any mesh walls; the objects in the picture are metal grid walls that I either hung from the poles or attached to the legs. I have 3 - 6'x2' and 1 - 8'x2' and YES, I would throw those in as well.
