I tried searching but didn't find much in the way of feedback on frosty vs skylight.
I'm about to order a Trimline and wondered. Is it too warm? I'm getting the door option in the back so I can have some air flow. Anyone feel like it's too much light?
Just trying to find some feedback before I order.
I appreciate any you might have.

Never too much light. You'll appreciate the back door in many ways - an escape route, an extended place to sit and ponder about where all the customers are, an added avenue for a much-needed breeze on a warm day, an easy way to get sun on a cold day. I've never regretted the extra door in the back. I do - however - kind of regret the french wall option which I use very sparingly.
I too have the french wall. I've thought many times about selling it, because I have never used it.
It is a great idea, however I've gotten so used to doing my setups, using the 3) 10' walls that to change my display seems problematic.
Same reason I don't use a back door. I like having as much display areeda as possible, while still being too cheap to spend for a double.
Also my mesh walls will open to make a back door.
I have 3 Trimline roofs, all 3 skylight, and I value the extra light they shed on the art, and prefer it over the frosty. However, a word of caution - I'm bald, and several times, I've come home after a sunny weekend with a decent sunburn - those roofs are *NOT* SPF 50!
"Let the sun shine...
Let the Sunshine in,
The suuuun is shiiining..." Can you sing it?
No such thing as too much light.
I have a Frosty and I still use a lot of extra lighting.
My walls are all frosty also, except the front wall, that is opaque.
One benefit of the Frosty over the Skylight... if you have to patch, it is not noticeable with the frosty.
Thanks Larry, I'm singing now. I appreciate your feedback.
I was also picking up the black mesh walls. I was so much more impressed with how the art looks on a black wall vs a white one.
Ditto, I use the Black mesh also. It looks great, compared to the white walls... in my opinion.
Also the Black mesh, with the soft wall backing, reduces the light coming through the mesh. Thereby avoiding the distraction of all those "pinhole lights".
Since you are using the Black walls, the more light from above, the better. Of course that depends on your medium.
I get a lot of complements on my display. Which is simple, just what was stated.
if you need print bins, the Black propanel ones, match up nicely.
