I have posted one photo comparing an average sidewall to a brand new fabric (image b) and two photos attempting to show two areas that are among the most discolored (a and c).
(It's difficult to get photos that accurately show marks and dirt because if the photo is a little too bright you can't see anything and if it's a little dark then it looks worse than it actually is.)
Regarding the walls and awnings:
There is no visible wear, no tears or holes, and the zippers all work well. All would benefit from cleaning. Awnings are in excellent condition - almost like new just not quite as bright as new fabric would be.
I'm selling because of health reasons. I hate to give it up because I enjoyed it so much.

HI Jay, I am new to outdoor shows and in need of the tent. I'm in Muncie, IN, an hour from you. Happen to have photos or more info to share, such as if there are any tears or difficult zippers, etc. I'm considering just ordering brand new so that I am starting from the highest quality possible, so let me know your honest personal opinion please.
