Three Rivers, Pittsburgh

Well, I've been bitchin' and moaning about getting slides for Allentown (Buffalo) and it occured to me to just forget about it (I only get in 50% of the time anyway) and try for Three Rivers. Any insights about that show you can share? What slays me is that I actually live in Allentown, so putting out hotel money on that weekend rankles. But being rejected while the guy with spinning metal gee gahs gets in also rankles.

 

I am mixed media, handbound books and collage. I was tickled to have books specifically mentioned in the mixed media category on their site. I am the opposite of a jeweler. There are so few of us, we can be rather invisible.

 

I'll probably apply to both, but some insider info on Pittsburgh would be helpful.

    I can recommend the five or six day period over the weekend periods because the music tends to be too loud in the park. I can also recommend which isle o ask NOT to be located in because it's a wind tunnel. I had a PDF with it marked but lost it when I restored a backup of my laptop yesterday so I'll have to create the map again and post it later.
