Hi,
I am in the last day of a three week long contest for a small business grant in Northeast Iowa. I need a lot of votes to win the $5000! I would use the funds to extend the designs that I use on my pottery into textiles and paper products. I'm in second place, behind a garden center. I believe I can win!

Oh no. I was hoping you would win. I really liked your designs and thought they had great potential. If you try this again next year let's see if we can get more people to rally around and vote for you. Contact me if you do this again. We will see what we can do.

Thank you! I really appreciate that. I had a lot of votes, probably more than in any contest before, except for that darn garden center that beat me. So I would definitely have a chance if (or when) I do it again. I have a lot of people telling me that I should, so maybe it wasn't as annoying as I worried about. I will definitely contact you in that case. Thank you again!
