Most tent rentals I have seen charge around $200 - $250 just for the tent. Not sure about the rental fee of panels. the cost of renting both a tent and panels for a few shows would be as costly as buying your own...but then you would at least own it and know what condition it is in.
I rented a tent one time for a show in Houston (cost $225) and it was a musty and stinky smelling tent that Iwould throw away if it were mine. It most likely was taken down wet and stored that way for quite a while. When i complained to the show promoters they could have not cared less...Never again...
I am looking for a Trimline/Flourish (or similar quality) 10x10 to rent. I'm new to the art fairs and want to test before I buy. Can't find a vendor in Southern California. Any suggestions?

Hi Patricia, If you want to look for an artist who may be willing to rent you their display (though unlikely) you need to start a new thread. The only people who might be following this thread are the three or four people that would have posted.
Hi Dean, I live in Fort Myers and have a pretty heavy show schedule, but am planning to buy a second tent soon so I don't have to drive all my gear up North every time I go.
I have a Trimline tent with mesh panels and panel covers. If you let me know the weekends you need a tent, perhaps we can work something out. Send me a friend request via AFI to get in touch.
Be careful if you rent a tent from a tent rental company. They usually only rent tents that are opaque, not letting any light through.
Howard Alan works with a company called tents 4 events. 954-675-7634. They rent Light Dome Canopies and Pro Panels.
I've been trying to get artists to offer their display equipment for rental when they're not using it. I rent my Pro Panels out two or three times a year for local Pittsburgh shows.
