My name is Nicole and I have always been creative; dabbling in everything from sketching, jewelry making, scrapbooking, floral arranging, to digital design - all of which I incorporated into my own wedding over 9yrs ago.

I am a thirty something mom who enjoys all types of crafting. I have a Business Degree from the University of Baltimore which I rely on the help effectively run my licensed business. I am self-taught and have a nice, clean, smoke free home studio in Fenwick Island, DE.

Back story...When my daughter Sophia was born 7yrs ago, as babies do, she pulled on not only my jewelry but everyone else that held her. I began repairing jewelry, which led into revamping and modifying jewelry, and eventually creating jewelry.

Over the years I have evolved into other areas of unique accessories. I use my digital design and other crafting experience to create personalized items; in a multitude of settings including fun bottle caps to men’s cuff links. I also enjoy using fabric and feathers to create fun hair accessories like boutique bows and fascinators.

I love sharing the fun of beading with people of all ages so I  offer Beading Parties and I am a Bead Corner™ Design Academy Certified Jewelry Instructor!

  • Hi Nicole. So glad you have joined us. What a good story this is and a good example of how one thing leads to another, or in modern speech, "unintended consequences." Love to have you join in the discussions, ask questions, share your ideas and experiences also. It is great that you have a business degree since we all know this is not just about "creative" it is about solid good sense and analysis of what works also.

Are you doing any art fairs?

    • Yes, I just did the Dewy Arts Fest (Dewey Beach, DE) and getting ready for Arts Alive (Ocean City, MD) - both were juried. We moved from Baltimore, MD to OCMD in August and I stepped up my game by getting new banners, a new pink tent, and trying to be more creative w/ my displays. It is hard "starting over" but exciting at the same time.
