After years of using ezup tent and cheap jewelry displays I finally bought a new trim line tent. I am struggling with what displays to get for my new "upgraded" booth. I make jewelry and its more on the crafty spectrum (mixed metals) vs "Fine Art". I detest glass jewelry displays for the sole reason that when I go to shows as a customer I walk right buy those displays, as nice as they look, because I assume what is inside the glass is not affordable. I am the kind of person who likes to pick up, and touch and that is what I want my booth to convey. I understand that I won't get in to the fine art shows, and I'm okay with that. However I want to make my booth as inviting as possible AND have a nice booth photo to get into the shows I want.
I am struggling whether to buy expensive pro panels or mesh panels to clean up the sides or something else? Lighting suggestions? I want to get a display that I will be happy with for years to come and don't want to keep changing every year.
I'd love advise from other jewelers on what you found works best.

I use cases that allow flexibility. look great, and come apart and are packed in their travel bags in under 10 minutes per case. They are from CrownDisplays.com 877-321-2995. I love them.
Hey Carol,
Without seeing your creations it's difficult to say what may work, however I'm in somewhat the same position as you….we may be called fine craft jewelry. We've made some big changes in our booth last year to increase our chances for getting into better shows. I'll attach my booth shot for you to see the pedestals we decided to use instead of tables. I learned about them on this site. I've learned so much from this site and I hope others will reply with suggestions for you as well because there is so much talent and experience on these pages. Consider showing us your jewelry or current booth and it's likely you'll get more ideas. By the way, my medium is lace.

Just saw this, where can those pedestals be found?
