I was unaware of the different sections of the St James court Art Show and I was pleasantly surprised when I checked my voice mail earlier and had a message from Karen with St James Court. that message showed just how impressively helpful and professional they are. Obviously they go above and beyond to keep the artists informed...and this means a lot to me as a first time applicant accepted into their show....
and ... it probably also tells you that they are reading this site! Thanks to Karen for her response and to Margue Esrock (St. James art fair director) for the clarifications.
Third Street and Fourth Street are both independent shows under the umbrella of St. James Court. It's confusing but there are lots of explanations on this site.
I must have missed something because I was accepted into the St James Court Art Show and did not receive any communication about selecting either 3rd Street of 4th Street. Were there 2 different Zapplication places to apply?
You didn't miss something, Greg. There are several shows and you've been accepted into St. James. There is a separate application for the other ones, 3rd St. and 4th St. You didn't apply for those so you didn't hear from them.
There is tons of stuff on this site about the various shows in Louisville under the St. James umbrella. You could read all day ;)
Third street you can park behind your booth. Fourth street is pretty easy drive in and set up. Third street is the outer edge of the show, Fourth street in between 2 other shows with very good traffic.

I don't think it really makes any difference, Kaska. I believe it is easier to set up at one and the parking is easier but not sure which one it is.
Do a search for the show. There are numerous threads about the differences between the different sections.
