  • Hi everyone I am at a show in Ohio now and just talked to a artist that does 4th street she loves it there. Also I mentioned about the artist on 3rd street getting adked bacl without jurying. She said there are juried at the show for the next year and not all are asked back. So I guess there is still a chance to get in. I am applying to 4th street also just incase.
    Thanks everyone for the info.

  • Hello Rich.  I just wanted to comment that I was part of the 3rd Street section last year at St James court and I LOVED being able to park behind my booth.  The 2013 St James Court Show was cancelled early due to a bad storm and since the show ended on Saturday when there was a break in the storm instead of Sunday evening as planned. The 3rd street section invited all of the artists back to 2014 without having to participate in the jury process.  I don't know if that is the same with the 4th street, but thought I would give you a little heads up in case you were not aware of this.  I don't know if that will make it harder to jury into the show or not.

    • Thank You Nicole, i just applied to 3rd street last night. That will probably make it really hard to get in there. Actually they should have mentioned that in the description. If everyone one returns there will be no call for applying. They maybe taking in all the jury money for a few to no opennings.
Has anybody else applied to 3rd street??
      • I applied, too. Last year, I was in the church section, and even though traffic was far less in the church parking lot, sales were good until the show was shut down. People shopped right through the rain. Pack up was really hard, but I felt lucky to have been on pavement. I had friends in the mud in Belgravia. I helped them pack up, but I really couldn't do much. It was just sloppy work.

      • Yes I applied also, & I wish I had known this as well.
  • Third Street is the easiest to set up and tear down. They're the only ones where you can park behind your booth.

    • Thats right I did read that in the descriptions.
      Thank You!!
