I am a functional potter, and my husband's career has moved us to Grapevine, TX which is in between Dallas & Ft Worth. We previously lived in Nashville and I didn't have any trouble getting into the shows in that area. Upon our move here I found that the Southlake Art on the Square & Cottonwood shows are the ones to apply to in Dallas. The problem is that I was just rejected from the Southlake show. This really had me revisiting my plan for 2012 as I think the number of applicants to the Cottonwood Festival is also very competitive. I am really trying to determine which shows I should apply to for the spring. Does anyone have experience with any of these shows?

Fort Worth Festival of the Arts
Fairview Fine Art Festival
These are the options as I see it, but of course if there are other spring shows that I should consider please let me know. I am new to this forum so hopefully this isn't something that has been covered before. I tried to do a search for it prior to posting. Any advice you have is appreciated.

Did you ever try Art on the Greene or hear anything more about the show. We are looking for something to partner with Bayou if we can get in....and there are not that many TX options the weekend before and after Houston. Any info would be appreciated!
