I have prints that I have had for a while and am looking to move them to someone's home. I have never had a "sale" bin and wonder if that demeans the prints that are newer. I have concerns that this could lower overall sales of my total booth and lower the general thought of buying higher price canvas prints and single prints that are at the normal cost.
Any experience with this would be helpful information.

I have done this and found that it helps move these older prints. I only discount prints that I intend to retire and not print again. Usually, these are prints that do not represent my current level of talent or artistic vision. If you decide to do this, I recommend keeping the sign indicating the discount minimal. It should merely indicate (not advertise) that the bin has discounted items.
Just price them lower. Most shows prohibit sale signs and it will hurt your overall sales by having them, and po your neighbors. It's too difficult to explain why you have different prices for the same size photographs.
