Does anyone know how to do this?
I want to run a continuing contest on my BermanGraphics Facebook page. I'll publish an announcement and have people who Like BermanGraphics sign up and each time I hit 100 (200, 300 etc) Likes, I'll give away my imaging services to one person chosen randomly.
I also want to leave a sticky message about signing up so each time someone goes there to Like Bermangraphics, they can sign up for the contest if the want.
Thanks
Larry Berman

Since FB went to the timeline format, a lot of the old custom tab and custom page apps went bye-bye.
You might want to take a look at the "deals" solution that Facebook offers. I haven't read the whole guide myself, but you can create check-in deals when somebody checks into your page. You need to do this as yourself, not as your business, even though it's for the business. I don't think you can run a random sweepstakes with the deals alone, but you can collect user names a couple of different ways.
Here's the guide
I remember reading once about promotions on facebook some months ago and decided it was too hard at the time. And I remember that there are strict rules (which are enforced) and people have had their pages shut down when they have not followed them.
I've done a quick search for you and found the facebook guidelines (promotions is the bottom one) https://www.facebook.com/promotions_guidelines.php
And this page has some hints too http://www.mybusinesspresence.com/running-a-contest-on-facebook/ which look worthwhile.
Hi Annette,
Thanks. I read something similar to that also. I might just put a link from Facebook to a page explaining the contest on my web site so that people have to go there to register instead of Facebook. But the custom tab coupon sounds interesting.

Not a clue Larry. Maybe their help section could help you? I would also look into their apps section- they may have an app for that! They also have have a section (in the help section) titled Ads and Business?? You may have to run an ad campaign to accomplish what you are describing.
