Did my 1st shows as water colorist. Re-entered with Good Impressions Victorian Rubber Stamps. Now I'm looking for show suggestions for Letterpress prints, I design & pull on an antique press.

Have you looked at the Indie shows - Art Star in Philly, Renegade, Cleveland Handmade, Crafty Bastards. I know of others who do letterpress who do well in this market. Good luck to you.
Hello Dale. Boy, it sounds like any show you get in to, you would be the only artist doing what you do. I would imagine that that would put you in a good position in any show. How did your first show go?
Jacki,
I did my first show as a water colorist while still in high school. I just about sold out. I did well with the Victoria Rubber stamps too as they were beautiful & ran in price from 4-10 dollars. Now I'm trying to create a plan for doing shows selling art printed on my antique letterpress. My print prices will be from one to fifty dollars so hopefully I'll be able to pick up sales in any environment. I have been out of the show business for a dozen years & am looking for shows I can get into starting next spring. I also put on a bit of a show dressing up in antique garb, etc.
Dale
P.S. What's your craft & how many shows do you do a year?
