Quality 10x10 tent needed for Bellevue Festival (PNW)

I have done just one outdoor art festival each year for a few years now and should have invested in a tent but instead rented/borrowed.  Now I want a really good deal on a quality 10x10 white show tent with four walls.  Sturdy, clean, no leaks.  Could use a few more pro-panels as well - I have 4, would like 5-6 more, also in good condition.  Thanks.

    Thanks Nancy, I think I’ve decided to just go ahead and buy one new. I’ve heard a couple good comments about Costco.

    Costco online usually has a good sturdy pop up with four walls and a carrying case. I bought my undercover there and it’s been great for a few years now.
