I've attached two pics. One is a very similar cart I built for misc stuff like my weights, walls, chair, ext. I placed one of my insulated print bags on it to give you an idea of how it fits. The other pic is of my actual print cart inside my trailer. You can tell I don't have a show this weekend! Using the time to do repairs, adjust, print, frame, etc ...
I don't have designs, but I made four for all of my art plus tent supplies. Everything I need for one show. I can send you pics and tips on mine if you're interested. I used four caster wheels - two swivel, two stationary - from Harbor Freight and some 1" iron piping from Home Depot. After a couple of years of use, I do have some tips. But ... it also depends on how you're going to use the cart and transport it. I load mine and roll it right into the back of a trailer. Is that what you have in mind?
