The NAIA (National Association of Independent Artists, an association of art fair artists) has lost its stellar office manager, Mary Strope, who is now working for the American Made Show. How can they replace Mary? They are going to try. Here are the details:
We are currently looking for someone part time to do membership processing and bookkeeping.
The bookkeeping would include producing the monthly financial reports this takes approximately 3-5 hours a month at a set rate of $125. Member processing at $15.00 an hour currently takes 5-8 hrs a month depending on the number of memberships. We are currently streamlining the process.
A familiarity with Quick Books, iContact (or any email blast program), Excel (or similar program) and FileMaker Pro is recommended. Ad sales may also be added at 12% commission. Please send availability and phone number for an interview. We will be interviewing the first full week in August.
