I'm doing Sunfest for the first time in many years and the the only available parking offered by the show is in a parking garage where I'm sure my Sprinter won't fit.
I'm hoping someone out there with an oversize vehicle can advise me on parking options for the show... Help? Please? Thanks!

Hi Maria,
Wil White sent a letter to all accepted artists on March 6, entitled "Parking". Here's a partial excerpt:
"I have been informed that the City’s oversize/overnight lot, known as the Tent Site, will be open. The Tent Site is surrounded by Lakeview Avenue (to the north), Okeechobee Blvd (to the south), Quadrille Blvd (to the east) and S. Dixie Highway (to the west), and is about 1/3rd of a mile from the show. Last year the charge was $25/day and there was plenty of room – even without a reservation."
By my count (I *never* delete emails!) Wil has sent 16 followup messages to artists since acceptance letters went out in mid-March. So you can certainly be excused for missing it. ;-)
I appreciate the show's commitment to providing the artists with every possible detail, but at some point, a communicator reaches a point of diminishing returns. The amount of logistical compliance required is actually a bit intimidating, at least to first-time exhibitors like myself.
(Never replied to my own post before. That's a first...)
Maria, there was an update today, here's the email:
" For those of you who cannot utilize the free garage parking provided by SunFest (due to size limitations, you may pre-purchase parking in the City's surface lot for $10/day. Go to the sunfest.com website. Click on the Parking tab. Then click on the Buy Now tab. Then select Okeechobee Flat Lot. You should be able to take it from there. The website also shows you the location of the Okeechobee Flat Lot. Good luck."
(me again): Note that you should buy these in advance to get this rate, and you can either print them out on your own computer or have them sent to you by email. Then take the passes and show them at the gate of the parking area.
