Want to first thank this site and members for the info that is available. It has helped tremedously.

I am a photographer and also frame my own work. I actually just started both last year.

Next  weekend will be my first show, so I am excited to see how my work will be accepted and of course sold.

I will post more info as I go along, also with pic's of my display.

    My first show is in Young Harris, GA. I've only committed to four shows this year. Didn't want to overwhelm myself.

    Jim, the barn wood is from a building here in Hiawassee. The wood is over 100 years old. I got pretty lucky getting it, they were going to burn it. I cut all the frames myself. Was amazed I could do it. Wasn't excited about the power bills though. A lot of cutting & routing. lol

    Welcome Robert. Good luck in your first show! It's always a lot of fun and a few butterflies when you first pull up and get the tent setup. May your work be well received. Love the barnwood frames!

    Hello Robert and welcome.  We are glad that you have joined us here.  What show are you doing first?  Do you have a pretty good schedule for the year?  Let us know how things go and don't be afraid to ask for help.
