Just found out a trip we were planning is not happening in June after all. I had not applied to my usuals. (This was after I already decided to play it safe with unpredictable May weather, and booked only one show in May.)
On the plus side, my son will have a salary after July 1. For the first time in his life, we will not be supporting him and paying tuition! That will REALLY help. Maybe now I can cut back my schedule and write a book?!

Congratulations to your son, Linnea! I know that is a relief to him and to you - as well as a solid milestone. Thankfully both of my sons are well launched but it seemed a long time getting them there.
