need info about seller's permits in Illinois, Minnesota, and Iowa

I have been doing art fairs in Wisconsin for the last 4 years. Most art fairs in Wisconsin require a seller's permit. This year I'm going to apply to art fairs in Iowa, Minnesota, and Illinois. Does any one know if any of these states require a sellers permit if you do 1 or 2 art fairs there per year? I have been checking online but keep getting conflicting info. Thanks

I have done shows in IL and IA. I have an IA sales tax license. It is easy to apply for one online. The show I do in IL provides a form to remit your sales tax. I don't have a license for IL. I don't know about MN. Best to check with the show director for each state. They should be current and up to date with the rules of their state.
