So, I looked through some existing discussions, but I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for, so here goes. We are applying to some much better shows in 2014 and I know there are different guidelines for what you can and should have for sale. My son is a photographer and is getting really good feedback on his work, hence the inquiry.
I read about the limited edition prints, which is fine, but I'm still wondering what else should be in the booth to augment the framed items and the matted limited edition prints. Should he have other smaller prints of his work that are not limited editions, in a 16 X 20 size, for example? What percentage of what should be represented in which category?
Any advice and insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Terry, show only your best images, and go for the uncluttered look in your booth. Remember, presentation is very important in the better shows. Larry's advice on sizing is solid, and he has also posted booth images to the before and after booth shot threads here on AFI that you should check out. Your booth doesn't have to be expensive, but it does have to be elegant. T
Actually though some shows specify limited editions, it's never been enforced. To answer your question though, really strong imagery in two or three sizes. I only sell two sizes, one large and the other small. I only have the large framed in the booth and offer the smaller size in an unframed bin.
