Hm...I always seem to have problems adding pictures on this site, I can't seem to get the hang of it. I think maybe the file was too large & didn't post.
I sent to your email as well in case you see that first.
I'm not sure the height or color requirements you have for your panels, but if you are looking for an inexpensive starter set, I have a set of panels to sell that I built with the welding help of my dad. They have similar aluminum frame and foamboard core construction. They aren't as nice nor as tall as a standard pro panel; around 6'-6'6" top height adjustment IIRC with the actual foam panel part being around 54". These were sized smaller to fit in the bed of my old truck with the legs removed. Currently they have wooden legs that adjust to height; I was going to replace these with stronger metal rods but never got around to it as the wooden ones worked fine for me. After that truck died I bit the bullet and got knockdown style panels that would fit in my SUV. At any rate, though not perfect these saw me through a bunch of shows. I'll try to attach a picture here. Material costs were around $350; at this point since I'm not likely to use them again I'd sell for $250.
Note that I kept the panel lock and crossbar pieces you see in the picture to use with my knockdowns. I have two fixed support bars that can be used on a corner, but you'd likely want to buy adjustable ones along with a few straight/corner panel lock pieces from either Pro Panels or Armstrong. The conduit I used for the frames of these panels is the same diameter as the commercial panels so their stabilizers and panel locks will work.
If you would like to come look at them, please let me know. I'm located in Everett and will be in town today (Monday) through midday Wednesday after which I'm leaving for a couple of out of town shows. If you wanted to come look after I leave Wednesday I'll put you in touch with my husband who could meet you instead during that time. Leave me a message at 425-591-9537 if you want to meet!
Could you email me with a picture at Jetayler@yahoo.com I can't see any images on this thread. I'm not sure about these. I'm trying to upgrade from the mesh panels I currently have. A jury member from a show I really want to get into suggested my chances would improve if I got the pro panels.
