So, for the first time, I'm going to Florida for three months to do shows and work.  I have a truck and trailer that I am going to live in and work.  Where can I go legally to do this and not get into trouble?  Is there somewhere I can park, sleep, and work that is free?  I will make some noise cutting stone and some dust.

  • I am sorry that I didn't see your post until now, since I'm in Scottsdale, AZ from Jan 10 through mid-April and would have considered renting my house in Spring Hill, FL out to you for a few months.  What a great idea, if you do the FL tour next year, drop me a line!
  • Florida can be very difficult about camping in public spaces because campgrounds exert pressure on city and county gov't to not allow campers free access. They want the campers in their campgrounds paying fees etc. Best choice would be find a city or county sponsored  campground which frequently offers weekly or month rates.
