Since I'm kind of a computer geek, from time to time, I plan to post info that could be useful to us all.
I don't know about you but I like to log in to my websites automatically, like AF Insiders, G-Mail etc. I used to keep all my passwords in a Word file, which I kept in a folder on my desktop computer, my laptop, on a flash drive, and online in a dropbox folder, so I wouldn't lose it. The problem with this system is that if my laptop, or flash drive was ever stolen or my desktop was hacked, some bad person would have all my passwords and access to all my accounts. Then I discovered Last Pass, which is the best Password Manager on the market. First of all, it's free. Secondly, it installs on a Windows computer, a Mac, Linux, whatever you use.
It truly is a great program. It encrypts and stores your passwords in a secure file and it also stores your passwords in a secure online account that only you can access. When you subscribe to a new site that requires a name and password it automatically grabs it and asks you what you want to do with it. It is simple to install and simple to use. I highly recommend it.
