jury image evaluations at the ZAPP conference

I'm going to be doing free jury image evaluations at the ZAPP conference in Atlanta September 18 - 20. For the past two conferences, I've given presentations (with Bruce Baker) but this year I was told that they want to do different programming, so I offered to do jury image evaluations for any artist who attends the conference. Details to be worked out but if you are attending the conference and want to speak to me about your images, it's best to get them to me in advance, either by e-mail, the upload form on my web site or mail them on CD.     Larry,

    We currently do not own pro panels or the like... we have entered two shows and have not gotten in.  We wonder how much we can blame on the fact we have a "homemade booth"? 

    We are really looking to get into the life of art fairs.... but it is so difficult without knowing if it's our booth, the kind of art we are entering...or what.....

    *sigh*

     Any advice????

    I won't be attending the conference but I did submit photos and I was assured that somehow I would learn about the feedback--I'm hoping it will be recorded in some way. Thanks!

      Unfortunately I'm not doing anything connected to that. What I'll be doing is meeting with artists one on one discussing the effectiveness of their jury images.

        Oh, too bad for me! I have been wanting to thank you for your suggestions regarding Costco's inexpensive enlargements and the link to the framer for hanging them! It worked out great for me--my booth looked great at my last show and I nearly sold out of my cuffs in Sausalito at their Spring Faire. i had been printing on vinyl which, even when reasonable, gets expensive!
