Juried Art Services - How the Jurors See the Images and Score

I've been posting about the ZAPP preview as juror mode and it's issues. In all fairness to both jury systems and the artists using them, it's time to show artists how JAS works and the potential issues.

In the screen capture of the scoring page, I've replaced the artist name (yes, artist name), description and images with my own. JAS provided me with a scoring page that had the artist name so I could show it as an example of what some of the shows ask for.
