Jewelry Cases Need Identification

Can anyone identify these jewelry cases. I think that they are designed and manufactured by an artist on the show circuit but I can't find anything on Google.

Larry this might be the ones you are looking for.
They do not have much in the way of pictures but i think they have one like that as a option but no picture.
